The reply side

How the RSVP works

The same link as everything else, so the replies end up where the photographs will.

  1. They scan the back

The reply side carries your wedding’s code. It opens your wedding page with the RSVP ready, on any phone, with nothing to install.

  2. They answer for everyone in the invitation

Coming or not, a meal for each person, dietary needs, who they are bringing, and the question you added, all in one go.

  3. You see it arrive

Replies land in your dashboard as they are sent, with the meals counted for the caterer. Set a reply-by date and your wedding page shows it under the RSVP button.

  4. The list is yours

Download the guest list, or the addresses for envelopes, at any point, and the same addresses are there when the thank-you cards go out.

FAQ

Invitation questions

Do we still need RSVP cards?

No. The back of each invitation is the reply side: guests scan its code and answer on their phone, so there are no reply cards to print, stamp or chase.

What can guests tell us when they reply?

Whether they are coming, a meal for each person from up to five choices you set, any dietary needs, who they are bringing, and the answer to a question of your own. If you are mailing paper invitations, you can ask for their address too.

Do guests need an account to RSVP?

No. They scan the code, or open your wedding page, and reply. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.

When should wedding invitations go out?

Six to eight weeks before the wedding, which gives guests time to reply before the seating plan. To mail ours eight weeks ahead, order at least 11 weeks before the day; your dashboard shows the exact date for your wedding.

Can we keep track of who has replied?

Every reply arrives in your dashboard as it is sent, with the meals counted for you. Download the guest list, or the addresses laid out for envelopes, whenever you like. Guests who answer “not sure yet” and ask for updates get one reminder to reply before your date.

Can we use a design of our own?

Yes. Upload your finished invitation as a PDF and we print it with the reply side and your code on the back.

One QR code. Every photo your guests took. Turned into things you can hold.

Make your wedding page and its code in about five minutes, then choose invitations to match.
