Print questions

Can a photo from a guest’s phone be printed?

Yes. A recent phone takes a photograph well over the size a 4 × 6 print needs, and every print is made from the full-size original the guest posted, never a copy shrunk for the screen or squeezed by a messaging app.

Can our guests order prints?

Yes. On Classic, any guest can order a pack of prints of the photographs in your gallery for themselves, starting with the one they are looking at, without asking you to send them the files.

What is printed on the back?

Your names, the date of the wedding and the name of whoever took the photograph, on every print, so a box of them still makes sense in thirty years.

What if we choose fewer photos than the pack holds?

The rest of the pack is made up of extra prints of your favorites, so it always comes full. A smaller gallery still fills a pack of 150.

How long do prints take?

Every pack is made in five business days, then shipped to you, and on Classic the gallery stays open for good, so the prints can wait for your first anniversary, or your fifth.
