Signs and table cards

Wedding signs with the QR code your guests scan

Everything else depends on a guest seeing a code. A welcome sign at the door, a card on every table, coasters at the bar and a place card for every guest, in the same five designs as your invitations, each with your names and the code that opens your photos.

Every price is in your dashboard once your wedding is set up.

A short guide

Getting the code in front of everyone

Guests post photos when they are told where, more than once, without having to ask.

  1. The door

A welcome sign is the first thing anybody sees, so the code on it is scanned before the first drink. The photos start arriving before the first toast.

  2. Every table

A table card is the single most effective thing you can put on a table if you want photos back. Nobody has to get up, and nobody has to be told twice.

  3. The bar

A coaster under every glass is a code at the exact moment somebody has a free hand and a phone. Plenty go home in a pocket afterwards.

  4. Every seat

A place card puts the code at each setting, with their name on the front: the one card every guest holds.

FAQ

Wedding sign questions

How many table cards do we need?

One on every table, plus a couple for the bar and the gift table. They come in sets of 10, 20 and 40, and stand up on their own, with the same face on both sides so the code faces everyone.

How big should the QR code be on a wedding sign?

Big enough to scan from where people stand. Ours are 1.75 inches on a table card, which scans from across the table, and 4.5 inches or more on a welcome sign, which scans from a few feet back. A short address is printed under each code for anyone who would rather type it.

Foam board or Sintra for the welcome sign?

Both are 18 × 24 inches, a size that suits a doorway or an easel by the entrance. Foam board is light and made for the day. Sintra is a sign to keep: it lasts ten years and more and will not warp, and it is the welcome sign in both Signage Sets.

Do place cards come with names on them?

Yes. Every guest’s name and table are printed from your guest list, in the order of your tables, with a few blank spares for late changes, and your code on the back.

Can we print the signs ourselves?

Yes, on every plan. Download a free PDF of a welcome sign, table cards and place cards with your code, and print them at home or at a local print shop.

When should we order wedding signs?

At least 4 weeks before the wedding, so they are with you a week ahead: every piece is made in five business days, then shipped to you. Your dashboard works out the exact date.

One QR code. Every photo your guests took. Turned into things you can hold.

Make your wedding’s code in about five minutes. Print signs at home for free, or order them made.
